Once your accident repair request is registered through the Tata Motors Insurance toll-free number (1800 266 0278) and approved by the insurance company (with written customer consent), repair work begins. If repairs take longer than 15 days, you’ll receive compensation in Tata Genuine Parts and Prolife coupons, redeemable at any Tata Motors authorized commercial vehicle workshop. These coupons can also be used for fitting Prolife branded products.
